We at AJUX have high-capacity professionals selected to take care of each of our demands, and of course, we the founders will also be present in most of them
How do I submit requests?
Through AJUX Requests — your personal design command center. Submit as many requests as you want, attach references, and track everything in real time: what's in progress, in review, and completed. It's all there, zero guesswork. One request is worked on at a time to keep quality sharp, but your queue is always loaded and ready to go. No calls, no email chains, no "let's circle back." Just clean, async workflow.
How fast do I get my designs?
Most requests are delivered within 48 hours average. Simpler tasks often land in your inbox the next day. Complex projects like full landing pages may take a bit longer — but you'll always know the timeline upfront. No ghosting, ever.
Is there really no limit on requests?
Zero limits. Send 1 request or 50 — your subscription covers it all. The only catch? We work through them one at a time to keep quality razor-sharp. Think of it as a conveyor belt: the more we work together, the faster we move.
Are you in my timezone? Will there be a delay?
Our team works on Brasília time (GMT-3) — overlapping fully with US Eastern hours and 1-3h ahead of Pacific. Most requests submitted by end of your business day are delivered before you're back online. We work while you sleep.
What if I don't like the design?
Then we fix it. Revisions are unlimited and baked into your subscription. I'll keep iterating until you're genuinely thrilled — not just "fine with it." My goal is to make you look so good your competitors get nervous.
Do your designers speak English?
Yes, and your point of contact is fluent. Paulo, our co-founder, leads every client meeting and handles all English communication, briefs, and account management directly. You'll always have one person on the other side who knows your brand, your projects, and your goals, no relay through a project manager, no language friction. Every member of the design team is fluent in English as well, so written feedback and revisions stay smooth from end to end.
Is there anything you don't design?
We don't do 3D modeling, complex motion/video editing, or full-blown illustration from scratch. But if it lives in the digital/brand design world — social media, pitch decks, landing pages, brand identities, ad creatives, UI — I've got you covered.
I run more than one brand. Can I use AJUX for all of them?
Yes as long as you stick to one active request at a time, you can rotate freely between brands. Many of our clients run 2-3 companies in parallel and use the same subscription across all of them. We'll keep separate brand folders, design systems, and asset libraries for each, so nothing gets mixed. One subscription, multiple brands, zero extra cost.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, I'll refund 75% of your payment — no hoops, no guilt trips. Why not 100%? Because real time and effort goes into every project from day one. But I'd rather give most of it back than keep money from someone who's not happy. Fair is fair.
